1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 5 p.m. EST will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and shipping method.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately at contact@theloclab.com — we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, The Loc Lab by Keyrah Lee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this occurs, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, any customs fees or import taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

At The Loc Lab by Keyrah Lee, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted hair and beauty products. Due to the personal nature of these items, all sales are final.
1. All Sales Are Final
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products. Please review all product descriptions and ingredients before purchasing.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
3. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
After this period, we cannot modify or cancel the order.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved damaged or incorrect orders.
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If a product is damaged or defective, we will replace it with the same item or offer a store credit.
