1. What is The Loc Lab by Keyrah Lee?
The Loc Lab by Keyrah Lee is a handcrafted haircare brand dedicated to nurturing and maintaining healthy locs and natural hair. Our products are made with high-quality, natural ingredients that provide hydration, shine, and scalp nourishment without harsh chemicals.
2. Are your products all-natural?
Yes! We formulate our products with natural, plant-based ingredients that are safe for locs and textured hair. We avoid harsh sulfates, silicones, parabens, and synthetic dyes.
3. Are your products safe for color-treated or chemically processed hair?
Absolutely. Our products are designed to be gentle and nourishing for all hair types, including color-treated or chemically processed hair.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping (depending on your location). You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of personal care products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@theloclab.com, and we’ll be happy to make it right.
6. What should I do if my package is lost or missing?
If your order is marked as “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If it’s still missing, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot replace orders once marked as delivered by the carrier.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We plan to expand international shipping soon — stay tuned for updates!
8. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
Orders can be canceled or updated within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped. To request a change, email us as soon as possible at contact@theloclab.com.
9. How should I store my products?
Store products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Because our formulas are natural, it’s best to use them within 6–12 months of opening for maximum freshness.
10. Do you offer wholesale or salon partnerships?
Yes! We love partnering with stylists, salons, and retailers. Please email us at contact@theloclab.com with “Wholesale Inquiry” in the subject line, and we’ll share more details.
